General Information for the Building
For residential bookings, the house accommodates a maximum of 30 (30 adults or 6 adults/24children)

- Large hall for sleeping (beds not supplied – need to bring own bedding).
- Separate leaders room (beds not supplied – need to bring own bedding).
- Bathroom with shower and toilets.
- Fully fitted kitchen
Up to 100 can be accommodated for camping events
The maximum capacity for day events is 50 in the lodge and up to 200 for the whole site
- The modern kitchen is large and well equipped, with two large ovens and two sinks, plus a hand washing sink. It is also equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2 x electric cookers, microwave, electric kettles and vacuum cleaner as well as all the usual paraphernalia for everyday living. A full equipment list is provided.
Booking Information
Making a booking
Only one booking can be on the site at any one time, and we use best endeavour to keep the booking calendars up to date at all times
- Please check availability before booking
- For residential bookings either in the lodge or camping use the residential booking form
- For session bookings please use the session booking form
Payment
- Once the booking form is submitted payment is required before the booking can be confirmed.
- Payment to be made by BACS transfer
Arrival and Departure Times
Overnight/Residential Stays
- Arrivals from 15:00
- Departures by 14:00
Early Arrival /Late Departure must be agreed with the bookings team
Daytime or Evening Sessions
- Earliest Arrival from 06:00
- Latest Departure at 23:00
Bookings to be made by the hour with a minimum of 2 hours
Pricing
Overnight/Residential Stays
- £12 per person per night
- Minimum charge of £120
- Early Arrival /Late Departure minimum £30
Daytime or Evening Sessions
- £15 per hour
Additional Charges
- Visitors are expected to thoroughly clean the lodge and site before departure
- Should additional cleaning be required there is a charge of £40
