Session Booking | Epsom Girlguiding Division

Bookings are for the whole site (campsite and the lodge).

Little Acres is available to members of Girlguiding & the Scout Association and we are able to accept a limited number of non-profit oragnisation bookings.

Whilst we try to keep availability up to date we recommend you double-check on both calendars here as we do not currently allow residential bookings if a session has already been reserved.

Review availability and select your day here. Charging is by the hour and you will need to select your arrival time and the duration of your stay. Please take care to select the correct number of hours so you are not charged past 10pm when the site closes.

How to pay

BACS: Our preferred payment method is by direct transfer to our bank account
The deposit amount and details will be on your automated booking email.
Please include your booking id and unit name on the bank transfer for reference
Should the lodge and site require cleaning after your visit an additional charge of £40 will apply
